On a knife one that end of the size spectrum I don't think I'd miss a pocket clip too terribly much. It looks like a fine Gent's knife to me.

I just like pocket clips because in khakis whatever is in my pockets tend to fall out when I sit down

Kinda getting sick of the complaining about no clip. Spydercos catalog is 99.9% folders with clips on them. Do you really need to muck up another design that's perfectly fine without a clip?

God, if I wasn't about to build a new PC I'd be buying this thing ASAP. CPM M4 is my favorite steel. Wharncliffe is my favorite blade design. And this knife is ridiculously gorgeous.

Maybe I'm getting old, but those are actually called watch pockets. They were for pocket watches that were connected by a chain to a belt loop.
