You or your wife may like one of these for your kitchen.I'll be doing one for myself, for sure.

According to my supplier, the blade is 3/32" 440C with about a Rc of 58. It has a nice satin finish & a razor thin full flat grind.Made in China & better quality,I'm sorry to say, than what I've found available in this size & style, that is production made in U.S.A 1/8" nickel pins, peened. Nice satin finish, figured cocobolo.
10-3/4" OAL,6" of cutting edge

Not dishwasher safe & I do not recommend soaking in dishwater either, for safety too. So it's safe to say if you are lazy in the kitchen , at clean up time this might not be for you , but if you try it I'm thinking you'll be pleasantly surprised.

>>>>Sold Thanks
