Im back , havent uploaded the pics yet , but I spose its only fair to say I didnt get the knife porn I wanted .. I was intending to take a bunch of skining / butchering pics , but by the times Id put down over a dozen roos and goats that had been hit by vehicles and left thrahing around on the side of the road , all thoughts of hunting and stuff was totally gone from my mind .

this is a bush tucker plant , I dont know its name , but the berries are good , even if tiny . sort of like bush lollies . Grows in desert areas , or near beaches .

I had my fill of the wind , the rain , the wind and the rain , and the wet and the wind on this trip ...

to add to it , Ive had a slowly disintegrating vertebrae for a while now , but while I had the baby on my arm playing footy with the kids , something happened and the rib that sits against that vertebrae kinda came adrift and it got a bit hurty for a while , sleeping on the ground didnt help it either ... but still , we had a hell of a lot of fun , just being there seeing it , getting wet and cold and blown about and knowing we are alive and enjoying it ( yeah , were all nuts )

today I went down and bought some steel to make a bigger trailer to take with us northwards , I seen a dam big cat thing up that way last time we were passing thru , and I just do not feel safe wrapped only in canvas anymore in mountain country ...

I guess thats the end of my trip cos Im making ready allready for the next one :)

We seen the camels , and the roos , the only wombats we saw tho were road kill .
 
dude your more tired then ya think because in some of them pics your driving on the wrong side of the road lol
some day maybe i'll come down and drive on the wrong side too..they get mad at me for doing that up here
