1/4" (.250) Black Micarta Rod...?

I have ordered some in the past, but can't for the life of me find it anywhere! anyone have a line on where I could find some?

I really like usaknifemaker but they're always outa at least one of the main things you need lol my experience anyway. And I'm broke, and cheap so I rarely order supplies but when I do, I want it to all be from one place at one time

It is pricy that way.

If it's something you use often, try the plastics suppliers like Laird Plastics

They have large minimums, but you will hit lower prices going direct to the distributors.

Most all industrial suppliers carry Garolite. We call it Micarta, but industry call it Garolite. Check MSC, McMaster-Carr, etc. It comes in many colors, types, and size/shapes. It is usually much cheaper from these sources. Also, look at Delrin rod. I haven't used it, but hear it is tough stuff.

Macmaster Carr only seems to have the natural brown stuff.

If you can find the black, I'd love to know about it.
