We have 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 15" San Mai available. It is constructed with a 52100 core clad in 410 stainless. We have a limited supply of 30 pieces. They are $100.00 each. How thick is the core?

All 3 pieces start at .120 and all 3 pieces reduce equally when rolled. The reduction is to .270+/- so the center core is .90+/-
