1-800 Midtech Knives

Does anyone have a legit # for Midtech Knives in Florida. Lilly is the person I have been speaking with and she said my knife was on backorder 6 months ago. At the time she offered a refund but I said I had the time to wait (BIG MISTAKE). I contacted her twice a month for 3 months and since she had done quite a few favors by replacing, crediting and giving me upgraded knives totaling +$500 at no charge, it seemed that I could trust her. Big mistake... this last order was considerably large. If it was just 1 or 2, I'd let it go. I would appreciate any help the forum can give.
