Congrats on the 2000th. I nearly made 3,500 on another forum before it was converted to a new system and I lost the post count. I kept all the milestone posts.

You have to a be a lot smarter than the average bear to make up baking recipes, especially bread. You must use bread flour for its extra gluten content.
