Hello Everyone, I’ve got a special piece available today. This is my interpretation of a Khyber sword built as a challenge piece for an event at Warriors Way in Lima Ohio. They are a registered 501c3 nonprofit that does free recreational therapy for veterans, first responders, and youth. They do classes on forging knives and other blacksmith items year round and are available for peer support classes 24/7. They run a fantastic program and I’m donating this piece to them to help raise funds for some equipment and classes. The sword itself is made from 7/16” thick 8670 with a deep fuller and hollow grind, stone texture on the handle and spine and a leather wrap for grip. We are selling this piece for $1000 to raise funds for a new grinder, that price includes shipping in the US. To be clear I am gaining nothing from this piece, I donated all of my time and materials making this and 100% of the money is going to warriors way. This piece is only available through 10pm Est tonight 11/16, tomorrow if this piece hasn’t sold it will be going to a local fundraiser auction.
