#1 is Done!

Looks fantastic! Nice work.

I also gotta say - thanks for this whole contest. It's been very fun. It seems to me that your whole approach to knifemaking involves a lot of communication with your customers, and this contest is a great example of that. I like your style, John!

This model has replaced my old Bushcrafter, I really like how it turned out!

It was delivered today. I'm still not there but I am going as fast as I can. I'm sure SWMBO will be putting it to work for tonight's dinner.
I'll be getting a lot of use out of it when I get there.
I hope you don't mind John, it may get dirty.:D

I'm still hustling to get home but Rule #9 is there. SWMBO is fascinated by it. She will take some pics tomorrow. So far she says that it is flawless. That's saying something since she is great at finding faults. At least she finds mine as often as possible.
She also says that the Ebony is absolutely beautiful. Black as coal and fine grained.
Thanks again John.

I think it's pretty safe to say that a lot of us are interested, considering the response--I'm too short on cash, though.

Anybody else interested in one of these? It`s a sweet design.

Hi John -

I am going to have one - later in the summer. I have to see what this looks like in Maple Burl with red liners. I'll email you, I would like this one in thin stock as well.

Great looking knife!

best regards -

I'm home and using the snot out of this knife. I haven't had a chance to get my computer going yet, I'm using SWMBO's to type this, as soon as I can I will have a few pics.

Great! Looking forward to seeing it in action.
