Just wanted to take the time to give my experience with Kershaw.

I have a Whirlwind that is going on 10 years old (April '02), in 2009 the speedsafe feature broke. I don't know how, I just know it wouldn't "fling" open anymore.

I did't even know Kershaw had such a great warranty! I got on their website to look up a new knife, saw their warranty and sent mine in.

It was fixed, cleaned and sharpened (really sharp) and back to me in about 4 weeks. Waiting sucked cause I had to use my backup but it was worth the wait.
