I bought a Fast Hawk from a big box store, and when I got home, I noticed one of the rivets on the sheath was very off-center, to the point that is was barely even attached to the sheath. I emailed SOG to ask if this was covered in the warranty. I received a reply quickly, the gentleman, whom I shall call "Kevin" was courteous and polite, and asked if I could send him a picture of the sheath. I did so, and again received a reply quickly, Kevin was again very polite, and said that he would send me a new sheath "right away". It arrived in a few days, so Kevin was quite serious about the "right away".:D I am quite happy with the whole experience.
