Good morning BF's members , I have to start today a really nice trapper by John Lloyd with fantastic amber stag. My pictures are a little bit on the dark side,not much,please excuse my photography. I may list other knives today,I'm just not sure where the day is going to take me ,so please keep an eye out . Feel free to contact me for anything Thank You,-Vince
This trapper by John has gorgeous stag, color & texture , just amazing. It is hafted with ss pins,perfectly. The bolster is ss ,radiused & beveled in the front. Liners are mill relieved & ss. Blade & spring on this knife is ATS-34 ss. Deep hollow ground blade with long pull & satin finish. Pull is a 5,smooth,very nice action.Spring is flush with the liners , in all half stop positions & the blade centers closed. Arrowhead shield (ss) is icing on this one,perfect work,inlaid & pinned. The knife measures 4.25" closed,and 7-7/8" open. The blade is 3-5/8" with 3.25" of cutting edge. If you are a trapper fan,you may want to consider this one ,as it is as good as it gets. Stag like this ,on a knife of this type,just can't be had,at this price.
The knife will ship in a leather,fleece padded storage case . Shipping in the States is included.
