Your knives are top drawer, but your photos are not as well done as your knives.
You seem to be too close to the knife with the camera giving a wide angle effect so the knife almost looks bent by the time my eye goes over the blade to the handle,( which is getting out of focus) back up a little and zoom in if you need to. Get more on top of the knife and shoot directly down to min the distortion of the lense.
The background is all the same but light and dark depending on each photo, get a good exposure and keep it the same in each photo. Your exposuer is a little dark and the nice texture of the handles is getting lost in the darkness of the photo. To help this expose a little more and add a reflector, ( anything white and stiff so you can still get one hand on the camera), to throw some light into the shadows, in effect lowering the contrast. The shadows should have just a hint of texture and same for the highlights.
I write this because your knives show a lot of care in the making but a lot of this is lost in the photos.
Cheers Ron.
