Good morning BF's members...Today I have a nice Lloyd drop point to show , and , I'd like to invite you to my site by clicking the link at the bottom of my posts. Listed, are many hunting & edc type fixed blades. The Tony Bose / NKCS swaybacks, final are listed , as well. Please do not hesitate to contact me for anything ,Thanks All , -Vince
John Lloyd hand made 4-1/8" closed size trapper with a drop point blade. This knife has really pretty ,well matched handle slabs of creamy mammoth. SS shield is pinned & inlaid. The bolster has radiused & beveled front. Liners are ss & mill relieved. Blade & spring are 52100 carbon, ball bearing steel. Pull is a smooth & snappy 5+ , maybe 6 depending on how you feel, but to me it's on the money. Blade centers closed, spring is flush in all half stop positions. Opened up it measures 7-1/8" ,with a blade of 3" with 2-3/4" cutting edge.Hollow grind on the blade, nice & thin, razor sharp. Crescent nail pull & cut swedge, satin finish,on that blade. This knife is very well made & I'm sure the buyer will be very pleased. The knife will s hip in a leather , fleece padded storage case, and shipping in the States is included in the prices
