10" bladed JackHammer

A 10" Bladed Jackhammer would be a Great addition to compliment the HOGB8 in 2018 me thinks...:cool::cool::thumbsup:

I'm seeing a lot of you guys talking about the 10" jack hammer and the texican bowie (also 10"), can you tell me how these two would differ from the BWM?

Texican Bowie may have a double talon guard and a coffin handle and a sweet swedged clip, possibly a skullcruisher as well.

BWM has a different handle - a variation of the fusion (ergo) handle which is designed for a chopping motion; jackhammer has a straight handle, better for stabbing / twisting / cutting motions.

BWM would also have a heavier blade - it's both wider than a jackhammer and has more steel in its profile (full height convex or sabre grind, vs cbt grind on the jackhammer) so would be a much heavier hitter.

Jackhammer has a stabbing profile, including a very tapered point and a swedge; the BWM has a typical chopping profile.

Overall, BWM is a dedicated chopper; a 10" jackhammer would be a compromise between a light chopper and a combat / hunting knife. I think the differences between the two wouldn't be great though.

Maybe Next Year I can trim Pecan trees with a 10" Bladed Jackhammer:cool::cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:
