10 Folding Knives you can't live without!

There is no right or wrong answer to this question, but I have given this subject a lot of thought, mainly because my knife collection is too large and needs to be paired down a bit. One of the hardest things about doing this is narrowing it down to just 10, which turned out to be a lot harder than I thought. At any rate, here are my 10 Folding Knives I can't live without: (1) Spyderco Paramilitary 2; (2) Cold Steel AD-10; (3) ZT0350; (4) Benchmade Bugout; (5) Spyderco Manix 2 XL; (6) Spyderco Manix 2 lightweight; (7) Kizer Drop Bear LC200N; (8) ZT0308; (9) ZT0562 CF; and (10) Benchmade Mini Freak.

I feel guilty about leaving out so many of the other folding knives that I love - ridiculous, I know - but there they are. What 10 folders can you guys not live without, i.e. your favorite 10 folding knives that you really don't want to part with? I'm curious to know if any of the ones I selected are favorites for other guys, and I'm just plain curious as to what I am missing out on!

… in no particular order. There are fixed blades I’d put in the list, but I’m playing by the rules.

I’m on my way back to 10 right now with 2 left to sell.

1. P Sebenza
2. Original Sebenza
3. Regular Sebenza
4. Classic Sebenza
5. Sebenza 21 Pre-Idaho
6. Sebenza 21 DP
7. Sebenza 21 Insingo
8. Sebenza 25
9.Sebenza 31
10.Mnandi

Nice curation!

None that I couldn,'t live without- they are just knives
I carry a Pena mula exclusively, but if I lost it I could just pop another of my knives in my pocket. All my knives fit my taste in knives.
What I have chosen to own
Pena Mula and Caballero
Gareth Bull shamwari
Lg. & Sm. Classic MM sebenza micarta inlay
Sm. Regular sebenza
Steenkamp Swift
And a few slip joints
These are my keepers at this moment, but subject to change. Only the Large classic MM micarta is a definate keep, since it was a gift from a member.

Excellent list! Lots of great knives that can all be put to work.

Love it! No doubt the Sebenza is an incredible workhorse, and I always enjoy seeing yours being put to good use. I do not see an Umnumzaan on your list though!?!?

Ditto.

Which are your 10 favorite knives? -- which this tread has seemed to morph into -- is a different question that I just don't feel like answring. 🤷‍♂️

I finally accepted the Zaan and I were just not meant to be. I also moved my last Inkosi as the 25 is wonderful as is.

That list is what I’ve left and where I’ll stay until I’m ready to hand them over to my daughter.

Live without....none (I MUCH prefer fixed blades for almost everything). Not want to not have.....maybe three or 4 at most.

Live without maybe now quite. I take this exercise more as what 10 would be the last I’d sell if I suddenly became unemployed ;)

I am still at maybe 3. CRK Zann, Buck something or another (had it 35yrs and can't quote the model) and an Emerson A100.

I’m a fixed blade guy, so I don’t have 10 folders in mind. I could be fine forever with just a SAK and a small/medium fixed blade.

If I had to choose from what I have and like it would be my Spyderco Chaparral, Buck 112 Slim Pro, Victorinox Camper or Hunter, and Spyderco Dragonfly in serrated H1 steel.

Fixed blades are a different story.

I'll play. Buck 110, Buck 110 Slim Selects, Buck 301, Buck 307, Cold Steel 4" Voyager, Cold Steel 6" Voyager, Cold Steel 4Max Scout, Classic, SAK Tinker, SAK Hunter.
Just my opinion though.

Victorinox Classic
Victorinox Swiss Champ
Leatherman Charge + (it folds🤣)
Spyderco Endura x2
Spyderco PM2
Spyderco M2

I have lots but those would be all I need

Fixed blades are my favorite.
