I am having a slight amount of trouble. My 10 inch contact wheel has a vibration and causes the knife to jiggle sorta speak on the belt as i apply pressure. I is almost seems like the wheel itself it not truely round. When i removed the belt and rechecked there it a very small amount of play1/100 maybe less play between the tooling arm and the bearing where the 2 tighten up . This makes a slight movement in the wheel and when i apply pressure to the wheel causes the blade to bounce.Some times its good and other its so bad i have to stop. All help would be welcome the grinder is a kmg clone,with a 10 smooth contact wheel . thanks

It hard to diagnose from a distance but I would try a couple of things, adjust the belt tension, a ripple moving through the belt could make it seem like the contact wheel, try another belt (you may have already done this), check the run out with a dial indicator. And make sure the rubber is not de-laminating from the wheel, this would only show up a high speed.
