Hi, I'm new to blade smithing and even newer to this forum, so if I do anything incorrectly please let me know. I am Gavin from Hawaii but am currently going to school in Seattle. I make knives during the summer and do some of the finish work at school -- as i did with this set. I have started calling this venture Pahoa Knives and this is my first time trying to sell on this site. I appreciate any feedback you have on my knives as well as how I conduct myself here.

My offering is a 10 piece Koa handled carving knife set

Steel: Aldo's 15N20 1/16 inch thick hardened to 58-59 Rockwells
Handle: Big Island Koa attached with epoxy and finished with Tru-oil

The blades are hand sanded to 600 grit, sharpened to 8000 grit, and stropped. Each blade is forged with a distal taper. In the second picture the fourth blade from the right still has some forge finished scale at the very bottom near where the tang meets the handle.

I am new to this so the finish is not even close to perfect and there are minor scratches on the blades from sharpening but they should work very well.

Price: $350 shipped anywhere in the US

Thank you for your time and let me know if you have any questions.
