Hi everyone！
Today I'm bringing the Damascus hunters.
Forged wavy Damascus Tanto blade with blood groove, around 60 hardness, stabilized antler handle, Damascus handguard and rear bolster.
Fitted with a leather sheath.

I agree. I’m not sure about this maker— where it’s from, who’s backing it, etc. This particular knife is compelling and quite expensive without knowing where it’s coming from. Maybe they need to post some info about their operations to help potential customers make a decision.

Based on their +86 country code, they seem to be out of China. There are many quality bladesmiths from China, so I agree it would be great to have the additional details.
 
Well that’s enough alarm bells for me…I’ll stick to the makers I know (Patton, Seward, DAADO, etc just to name a few). These guys feed their families with their work - not to say SeikoWorks doesn’t, it just doesn’t pass the smell test as of this writing. I stand to be corrected , but in the meantime I’ll spend my hard earned dough with known individual knife makers.
