10" Zombie slayer cutting test

Hi all,

Thanks a lot for interest in Zombie.:) Now It's finished . The spec is:

Blade steel - DC53 ( D2 modified ), hand rubbed satin finished
Blade length - 10.5", chisel grind , double edge and zero edge
OAL length - 16"
Wide - 1 3/4" widest
Thickness - 1/4"
Handle - Burl of Maka wood and ergonomic design
Heat treatment - Double temper and sub zero quench

1. In Zombie I sharp the edge to scary sharp! I test the both sides edge by paper.

2. Can and Bottle cutting. It's very clean cutting.

That is probalbly one of the sweetest fixed blades i've ever seen!:eek: :)

One day when i'm older and have money (:rolleyes: ) i plan on getting one of your knives.:thumbup:
 
3. Gas force rubber tube cutting.

4. Durian wood ( 2" dia.) cutting. .

After that I go to test the edge by paper again. It still razor sharp!

That is great! Are you making more than one of those? I think zombie attacks are on the rise in my area ;)

Oh my God, this is ART! Yesterday I was not able to do anything at work, I was only looking at TRISAK`s great pictures.. I`m very fortunate, having ordered and will get the first production "Zombie Slayer". Zombies in Norway, beware!
 
Yes that knife is an awesome piece of steel.
Great job Trisak , that Maca is pretty too :)

Unfortunatly the zombies stole most of my money so I cant buy one of those to slay them.
