Folks we just had our 100,000th post!
We also just hit 50,000,000 hits!
That is amazing and I thank each of you!

We are officially the busiest knife related web site in the world!
Over 160,000 hits a day now and with over 100,000 posts!

Thanks to each of you as it is you, the BFC Member, that makes this site possible.
Also thanks to all the dealers and manufacturers who pay for those banners you see at the top of each page who help us pay the bills.

On October 2nd we will celebrate our 1 year anniversary!
We will have special giveaways on that day. (Yes I said giveaways meaning more than one!)

This is a huge milestone in our history and each of you should pat yourself on the back. Thanks again and have fun!

Mike & Spark,

and our other moderators deserve the thanks!

Most of us just wandered in and decided to stick around. That is because of you guys.

Thanks!

Mike, It is you who deserves the pat on the back! You provide us with a great place to talk about our favorite topic, and you run it with precision.Congratulations!

Mike,
Since it's going to be our anniversery, maybe all the members should take you and Spark out for a nice candlelight dinner. Does anyone know who to contact to rent Joe Robbie Stadium ?
Seriously though, it's been grand and here's my fervant wish that the honeymoon never end.

This is a good forum. Having the administrator/moderators actively involved helps. Having some real well informed knife people and makers involved helps. Keep up the good work. 200,000 can't be that far away. I'll keep popping in 3 to 4 times a day. Thanks

I'd like to second Alachoctaw. Mike and Spark are the ones who deserve praise, we just come here to have fun and they're the ones who mak it possible. Thanks a million guys!

Just because I talk to myself doesn't mean I'm crazy. What's wrong with getting a second opinion?

Before I discovered Bladeforums I had nobody to discuss knives with. Now, thanks to all you guys I get more and more "enlightened" day by day. Many thanks to the moderators for keeping up the good work.

Tack!
(swedish for thank you)

learned a lot here, and really appreciate the site.
good work

Some may measure bladeforums undeniable success in terms of posts, members, or hits. Some may look at advertising revenue. As a user, though, I measure it in terms of all that I have learned, the fun that I have had, the great people I've met, and the friends I've made. Fortunately, it doesn't seem to matter which metric you use. Bladeforums excels in all categories.

You(meaning you and Spark) built it, and we came.

Seriously, thanks for all the effort you guys have expended in creating this environment. You've got to be proud of the results.

The reason this site is so fantastic is the people who run and moderate it and the people who post. Won't be long till your sending out the 200,000 post message.
