$100-$150 to spend. What to get

Since I own and have used one extensively, I would have to look at the Buck/Mayo or as a second choice the new Buck 110 in S30V.
 
Now that there is a mini version, another knife that I would recommend is the Doug Ritter Mini-RSK Mk.1. About $100.00 and the size you are looking for.
 
what do you guys think about the benchmade 773? i looked at it today and it seemed like a nice knife. I havent been to a shop the has the paramilitary yet, but I would like to look into that one as well. I also looked at the BM 940 and 941 today, and I really liked them as well
 
Not light, but the right size range and bank vault like lock up and one of the strongest locks around: Spyderco Lil'Temperance.
