The boneyard is the area here where we put cutoffs and stuff we don't know what to do with yet. These were cut from a piece of maple where the trunk had broken off and the wood began to spalt while still alive. Pretty unusual colors and good curly figure all over these blocks. The wood is almost dry but not quite ready to use or stabilize yet. I figure probably by winter.
The shortest block is about 4&3/4 inches long, the others are all over 5". All are a hair over 2 inches wide and at least 1 inch thick.
Cost for this batch of blocks is $100 to include US shipping.
First one to post I'll take them gets them.
