I received the knife yesterday and I'm blown away. This was a very generous give-away, Alfa. I'm no expert in Case knives, but this appears to be from 1984, with CV blades and the cool "new grind" blade profile. A very, very nice knife. The handle materials are nicely matched and the jigging is exceptional. Thank you again for the opportunity and your generosity. I'll be thinking of your gift as I get closer to my 1,000!
