I needed that turn of luck.
I've been working through the holiday and it's been a bit of a drag this week, so this is edifying.

Plus the canoe may be my favorite pattern ever (it was my first traditional, a Case version) and I've always wanted a scout knife - so I'm happy with either!

No worries. I know I'm in the Boys Club around here, and roll with the collective nouns, pronouns, et al (with aplomb, I might add :p). Poor form, to make a fuss in someone else's living room. ;)

Just came back to this thread today to congratulate the winners (lucky guys pmew and ddml -- enjoy!), and thank you for the giveaway.

So, I'm just now seeing these gorgeous pictures. Thank you for sharing them with us!

Here's one of the others I took. I'm not crazy about how it turned out overall due to the lighting, but it does show the color of the covers nicely.


This one (also in the totin' thread) was taken in a different part of the yard on a cobblestone with more even lighting.
