Great thread Campbell.

There are way too many incredible knives on this thread. I really don't know which knife to say, but I think the one I always go back to is the "Blues Pattern" Trapper that Don Hanson made for Elliott last fall.

What a great idea for a contest. I had to think long and hard about an answer though. Here's my best guess at the moment:

There is just something about pearl and whittlers for me, I can't explain it. This Shadley example here is pretty much the ideal combination for me.

One of these guys would more than suffice. There are several in the Bose Thread, Old Knives Thread, Rare Schrade Thread, and Erickson Thread that would be more than a dream though.

I love the blade designs on the Bose/Case muskrat. Since I'm only dreaming I'd want it as a Custom instead of a collab piece:D thanks for the chance and congrats on the post milestone:thumbup:

Well....Flymon (#11), you get the Amherst. It's a neat knife with an interesting blade shape.

and...

SunnyD (#12), you get the Soddy (yea...might as well give away both). Maker's edge isn't that great, but put it on a stone and I'm sure you can get it dandy sharp.
