Well sh........oot,I had the times reversed in the op.
The cutoff will be 6:00pm western time not 9:00.
My bad.I guess nobody noticed though,or were just too nice to say anything.

Anyho,I updated the list of goodies to include a SAK,water purification tabs & a pouch to carry it all.
