1075/1080 steel same thing?

For my first steel I want to use 1080/1084 but I found a place with steel labeled as " HR 1075/1080" So if I get this steel, can I still HT it the same as regular 1080 or 1084? Thanks!

a lot of guys here say that they are virtually identical and the specs over lap, and without a metallurgical analysis you cant tell them apart

You can HT it the same way, but it may not be of the same quality as some other steels that you can get.
