was $75, now $65 (sold) plus shipping. Generally USPS priority mail insured with confirmation for $10. Paypal preferred.

As some of the pics show, it's not a mirror finish, you can see the sanding marks on the blade. I think this works out better on a user than a super smooth finish that shows every little scuff. It IS reflective though.

The grip is sufficient for a normal size hand to get a full grip but is nice and slim. The scales are nicely radiused for your index finger for a comfortable hold. They are sanded smooth but not buffed or coated in anything.

There's one significant flaw that didn't photograph well. On the left side of the blade (non ground side) there's a thin 3/8" long vertical scratch near the handle that is distinct from the sanding lines. I'd already put the handles on and trying to remove that mark completely would wind up making things look odd so I just cleaned it up as well as possible.

I added two pics that show the left side, one shows the scratch at its worst and the other shows the general view a bit better.

I do not have a sheath for this one, but can make it a kydex pancake style sheath compatible with 1" on center clips and loops at no additional cost.

Looks great to me! I especially like how you chose to make both the blade and the scales thin for EDC. Fantastic price as well,...wish I could grab this one... Christmas presents and all.

Thanks. That was the thought. Thin as practical without being hard or uncomfortable to hold onto. Short enough to not be in the way, but not so short it's not practical for slicing an apple for example. And no fancy finishes that just wind up destroyed or looking lousy after a few days use.

I'm wondering what is keeping this one from selling. The scratch? The finish? design, colors....? Plenty of folks are looking, and similar knives sell fairly well, so clearly something's turning off buyers and I'd like to know what it is if it's not just the scratch so I can avoid it in the future. Obviously if it's just that flaw, perfectly understandable even with the price reduction, people this time of year are looking for gifts and what might be ok at this price for themselves is a no go for a gift.

Soooo, please, if you would have bought this except for something in particular about it, please post here, im or email me so I can learn and improve.

Blade is too short for me. Other than that, I like the package. If it was 4" long I'd have bought it already. It would be more of a multi purpose knife then, rather than a "specialized" skinning knife.

I can and have skinned game with any knife I've had along. The whole skinning knife thing is lost on me. :D

I don't have much desire or use for a fixed blade under 4", unless it's a skeletonized knife that I can tuck away in an extra sheath pocket or in a kit.

If I need a blade less than 4" long, I'm perfectly happy with a folder. I'm not going to beat on a shorter blade anyway, so I don't need fixed blade strength.
