Yes John, the rest is very small trace elements and then just Iron.

it's almost exactly the same

.03 more carbon
.02 more Mang
.02 more Vanadium

I don't remember there being any nickel in the last batch but I can't find the full certs from it, anyways, there's not enough nickel to make a difference anyways.
