I had an order for a large knife, and when I have an order for a knife this large, I make two, in case one gets screwed up. This is the other.

It is forged 1084 (Aldo's) and is clay coated for a hamon. I left the forging marks on the flats just cause I like how it looks. The spine is fileworked.

The handle is black canvas micarta with a lanyard hole and a mosaic pin.

The sheath is 8-9oz leather that has been hand tooled and hand stitched (it took me forever to stitch it) The knife fits snugly and securely with a friction fit.

Dimensions
Blade - 9 1/2"
OAL - 14 1/4"

Price $325 shipped

I prefer paypal to matt(at)baileyknives.com but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it

That was quick.... I love that sheath. I keep meaning to pick up my first Bailey and I just keep getting side-tracked.... you are making it rough on an 'ol boy, building set-ups like this one ;)

Daaamnnnn.... that is a nice chopper Matt, awesome catch for the new owner . I just happen to receive my second Bailey today and your knives just feel great in the hand.

Keep up the good work!

Picking up your first Bailey can be a tough proposition---I was three minutes too late many times before I lucked out. ;)

Wow!! That is one nice looking knife! Nice pickup to the buyer.

I am VERY impressed with the fit and finish on the spine of the handle. That filework blends into the handle beautifully. Very nice work.

I agree, I have one absolutely beautiful Bailey that I lucked into getting, otherwise I always miss it. This one was very nice, as always.
