This is san mai, made from 1084 and Cruforge V. It is some pretty cool looking stuff. The san mai was done to give the look of a hamon with a fully heat treated blade.
The handle is stabilized spalted maple along with some black linen micarta bolsters.
The sheath is leather and designed for in the pocket, right hand carry. I carry my own knife this way and it is the only way I carry anymore. It can also be clipped onto the belt on the left hand side.
Dimensions
Blade - 3 1/4" tip to handle
OAL - just over 7 1/2"
Price - $295 shipped to US. I prefer paypal to matt(at)baileyknives.com, but will accept check or money order.
The first to poste here "I'll take it!" gets it.
