I have been planning a trip to Adirondacks for the summer, so all my knives seem to be campers.

This one is 1084 steel. It was clay quenched, the hamon follows the blade and moves up abruptly right behind the distal taper.

The distal taper is thin enough to be sharpened, if you so desire, but I will leave that up to the buyer. Right now, it is still just a false edge.

The spine has a nice file pattern.

The handle is mesquite wood that was given to me by a friend in Texas. A black liner separates the wood from the steel.

The sheath is kydex and made right handed. The belt loop is my own simple version of the Tek-lok. It can be rotated 90 degrees for horizontal carry.

Here are the dimensions.

Blade length (tip to handle) - just a tick over 6"

OAL - 11"

3/16ths thick.

Price - $165 shipped.

Please email me for more pics if necessary

Oh man, nice. If I didn't just get the W-1 recurve I'd get this one. I love the filework.

Nice pictures too. I might suggest that you go with a blue background though, it'll POP the knife out more.

Rule .308 good purchase, that will be one solid knife.

Your tellin' me! It nearly killed me, I popped on line just after 5:00 and all three of his blades were wide open and up for grabs. It took the utmost in discipline not to swoop them all up and then I had to make up my mind which ONE I wanted. In all honesty, it was not easy and I am sure my only regret will be in not having bought all three. Oh well, I am sure I will appreciate my decision more when the credit card bill comes in.

That's a nice looking knife. Nicely executed with finished touches that set it apart from the production crowd.

Rule, you bought the knife about 3-5 minutes after I posted it. I guess it was good timing. I love it when that happens. I am in the process of packaging your knife now.
