Hey all. I don't make knives like this often, but I do have a simple, no frills general utility/woods knife available for sale. This is meant to be a using, working knife. It would be a great knife for hiking, camping, day trips to the woods, hunting or even every day cary.

It is a perfect all around size. Short and light enough to carry but still big enough and stout enough to be a real workhorse. It has a great slicing edge and is nice and sharp. The handle is nicely contoured and very comfortable in hand in many different grips.

The blade was differentially hardened and does show a quench line in the light.

Ground from 5/32" 1084 steel with a nice field grade working satin machine finish
8" overall length, 3 7/8" blade with 3 1/2" actual sharp edge, Blade is 1 1/8" tall from edge heel to spine
East Indian Rosewood handle
1/4" german silver pins

Price is $295 and includes shipping to the US, a plain brown leather sheath w/ belt loop and paypal fees.

Thanks for taking a look. :)

You say "Simple" John, but knowing your eye for details, I am sure this one is the picture of perfection!
