1084 Source in Canada

Admiral has 1075/1080, you could shoot them an email and ask about 1084 if that is what you really want.

I ordered a bunch of 1095 from Admiral. Very nice to deal with and they ship USPS. All I had to pay on arrival was Tax and a $5.00 handling fee and it was delivered to my (commercial) address.

you can get W1 drill rod from fastenal...
- thats cheap and no shipping..

haven't found any source of 1084 in ontario... none at all... and i've been looking for 10 years.. same old crap.... either the big company's won't deal with the small guy or the small companies are run by moron's that have no idea what the difference between steel and iron is...

fastenal isn't bad... no hassle accept up north here they charge a 15% premium if your not a business.. ( gouge gouge gouge... :thumbdn: )

make sure you get the W1 drill rod.... the O1 drillrod they normally stock is not a simple alloy steel and double the price....... so naturally you have to order it in.... takes a week...but well worth the wait..

by the way.... if you do come by a source of 1084 in ontario.... please please share..:thumbup:
