1084 Steel Purchasing

First time using BladeForums, so hopefully I am doing this right. I was wondering where everyone buys their steel, specifically for 1084. I am considering Alpha Knife Supply or New Jersey Steel Baron, so if anyone has feedback or recommendations, I would greatly appreciate them. Thanks.

I've ordered steel from both of those companies.

Either is a good choice, although New Jersey Steel Baron generally has more sizes available.

Alpha has free fast shipping. They also pack the steel so it doesn't get bent during shipping.

I'm a brand new knife maker and have recently purchased 1084 from both Alpha and Pop's Knife Supply. Both have been great with very responsive customer service and fast shipping. The main difference I see between them is size options.
