This knife is one of my kitchen paring/utility patterns. I made a kydex sheath so it can be used for daily chores outside the kitchen. The knife is LG. Tek-Lok compatible and will also fit well in the front pocket of your jeans. The bamboo handles are sealed with danish oil and wax and will need care once in a while. This is full flat ground to .008" at the edge shoulders for good cutting performance and ease of sharpening.
