I really like this knife and have considered keeping it. My current EDC is still doing well, so I cant convince my wife to let me keep it in the house.

Here it is.
This is 1084, clay quenched with a very nice hamon. I took a decent picture of this one, but it really pops in real life, the pics are not a complete accurate representation.

The spine is file patterened up to the distal taper.

The handle is some very, very nice stabilized box elder burl. The stuff is outstanding, and again, the pictures dont do it justice.

The sheath is a traditional leather side carry sheath with some leather work thrown in for good measure. I like what it looks like, and I think others will also.

Here are the dimensions
Blade - 3 3/4" tip to handle

OAL - Just a tick over 8"

Price - $190 shipped to cont. US.

I prefer Paypal to mlwbailey@yahoo.com, but will accept checks or money order.

The first "I'll take it." gets it.

I'm in love with the blade profile, and the hamon...

I've learned to not trust my eyes in photos. Is there an ever-so-slight recurve or is it a dead-straight taper towards the belly?
