One of my favorite blade shapes for an all around hunting knife. Slight drop point so the point doesnt dig into the sheath or into the entrails when field dressing. nice point for small game, birds and fish. enough belly for skinning. Just a nice, well rounded hunting knife!!

OAL- 8 5/8"
blade- 4 1/4" long, .150" thick, 7/8" wide at the guard
steel- Aldo's high carbon 1095, forged, with in-house differential heat treatment
grind- a full FLAT grind, with distal taper
finish-etched 600 grit finish
handle-Bloodwood, black micarta spacer, hard wax finish
guard- 1/4" copper and 1/8" steel pins
sheath- 10oz leather, hand stitched, hand tooled, hot-waxed, with cam, for "snap fit", 3 copper rivets for belt loop
blade fully tested for edge retention and tip strenth before finishing
