Here's a small edc type knife in 1095 with Japanese ito over black leather wrapped handle and pocket carry sheath. (ito is epoxied)
The OAL is 7 3/4" and 4" from tip to the beginning of the wrap. I made the sheath without a loop as the thin cross-section makes this sit in the pocket very comfortably.
I carried this for a couple days to get the feel of it so there is a little "fluff" in the ito but being black, that's going to happen.
