This is one from some of Aldo's 1095. The blade was clay coated for a nice hamon. The spine is fileworked.

The bolster is African Blackwood. The handle is Snakewood. Snakewood naturally has some checks in it. I have sealed any checks with superglue. It is held in place with normal pins and one mosaic, along with acraglas.

The sheath is 8-10oz hand stitched and tooled leather. It holds the knife securely and allows it to draw easily.

Dimensions
Blade - 4 7/8" tip to handle
OAL - 9 1/2"

Price - $255 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

This is one of your finest no-recurve creations.

Unfortunately, I just wrecked my van and have to spend money on that.

Matt I'll take it. LA didn't take it and it is a real beauty, but I am over my quota for a month or two.
