3/16" 1095 Blued & Lightly Buffed for a slight antique look
Clay quenched, edge hardened to 61-62rc
6 1/4" from tip to guard.
11" OAL
416 Stainless Guard, leather spacer, & Honduras Rosewood handle. (Because of the angle I made on the handle, I ground a little too far on the top of the butt. So the slot hole was expose. I filled with crushed turquoise, dust from the rosewood, and epoxy. Gave it a little more character, and has not changed its durability or performance.) See pic #4.
All of this held together with epoxy and stainless corby bolt.
Comes with studded & tooled leather sheath.
This is one of those knives that I can't take good enough pictures to capture its full potential. Feels great in hand, looks great, one of my best IMO, so far.
