1095 camp /chopper

I ground this one from 1/8'' 1095, it measures 16'' overall and is about 2 1/2'' at the widest.

As you can see the blade has been clay quenched, and etched. The finish was taken to 800grit prior to etching.

The handle is black linen micarta, with 3/8'' hollow copper pins.

Sheath is being made by Robert Jones (www.handsewnleather.com)
