Hello BF,

Knife is Sold. Thanks.

This is my second convex grind. It is a very stout blade, I plan on doing more convex blades in the future. The handle has a full feel to it without being to big.

OAL is 9 inches, with a 4 inch cutting edge , 3/16 stock (with convex micro bevel) steel is 1095.
Handle is red linen Micarta. Finished to 220, very grippy.
HT was professionally done and tested to Rc 58-59, including a triple temper and cryo.
Pins/thong tube are 1/4 304 SS.
Sheath is 8/9 veg tanned leather finished with Neats Foot Oil. It is right handed with a belt loop for carry, also made by me.

Thanks for looking,

Thanks,

Hey Thane, thanks!

And Sam, I just profiled 63 knives, I beveled and cleaned up 35, sent them to HT, they just arrived back! Ahhhh, carbon goodness! The bad news is that I don't have any that resemble this knife or that are convex ground, I went crazy and flat ground the whole batch. I should have a few finished by the end of next week. I will get some pics up then.

Thanks.

I was putting an order for handle materials together, I was thinking about getting some orange G10... I will give it a try!

John, Knife came on Wednsday (Super quick Shipping). What a great knife, fills the hand, great balance, excellent grip and supersharp. I can't wait to get out and put it to use. Hopefully this weekend. If you charged twice the price it would be a steal!!!

Sincerely

Paul

Hey Paul,
I am truly glad you like the knife. I am onto my second batch and can't wait to start posting some "new knives."

6734 - thanks! Glad you like my work!
