This blade is a full flat grind to .010 behind the edge. It also features a full length distal taper. The edge is plenty strong enough for basic camp and thin enough for kitchen tasks. There is a nice flat spot towards heel of knife and a kiritsuke style clipped tip for strong and precise cutting.
