I just don't understand how you can make that for $155 and keep making more. That's an insanely low price for the kind of work that went in to this knife.

Mr dan graves does it in damascus, how can he do it???? And his knives are alot more time consuming, thanks la

I think this to myself every time bacustomknives's posts a blade up for sale. Top notch work.....for next to nothing.

Keep em coming!!!

Chris

you guys want me to raise the prices? lol thanks for the comments

One thing is for sure, you are definitely going to sell your stuff. You're never going to sit on a knife for a long time wishing you had money instead.

While higher prices might make your knives sit around for a while longer, in the end, when it actually does sell, it will give you a higher "per-hour" wage.

I bet if you raised your current prices right away by just 10 to 20%, nobody will even notice, especially with all of the detail work done on a knife like this. $175 is still a great deal for this knife. If you continue to sell your blades at the slightly higher prices, after a time you might want to consider another increase. $195 is still within reason for this knife, in my opinion.

It seems to me, It's after knives go above $250 or so that people start to hesitate. And of course, once you hit the $500 to $5000 range, you have to really seek out buyers.

Of course, I'm not really a knifemaker, but I am a craftsman who spends a lot of time dealing with pricing and dealing with prospective buyers.

i totally understand that, i mean forever all i ever seen was micarta knives on here ,im just not a micarta fan,but i sold a few burlaps quick on here ,i love working wood!this is only about the 5th one i ever posted,i quess a higher price and setting back waiting would work,im the type that if im making a few dollars its more than i had, guess im used to selling around my area and at these small gun shows, customs dont bring much, not a demand around here really, ill keep the advice in mind, thanks la

Btw : Still pending funds if its not paid for by this evening ill put it back up for grabs
