This is my first knife Im placing here on the forums to be sold. The metal is 1095, stainless guard, stabilized spaulted maple, peened stainless pin. Overall length is 8 3/4", blade width is 1 3/8", from the top of the guard to the end of the blade is 4 1/4". Handle is mortised tang,The stabilized wood was not as hard as I like it so I treated it with CA super glue 3 times and polished it off. Blade went through 3 normalizing cycles, 1600, 1500, 1450, then quenched in Houghton type K at 1450 degrees. Blade tempered at 450 for 1 hour and 30mins. I will make a sheath for it after it is bought for either a lefty of righty. I have used this knife for the last week and it has held up to my standards and is sharp and I mean damn sharp. Price is 100.00, feel free to ask me any questions, knife carrys a full gurantee for life or as long as I live.Check or money order, thanks and Godbless,Charlie Edmondson

Very nice blade,i like the the profile and finish,is it hand rubbed?great work
do you have exemple of sheath you made?
Marc

Hey Kauai Marc, It hand rubbed to 400 grit. The sheath will be a simple holster type sheath made out of 8 to 9 ounce leather. I found recently thats its better to make them after the are sold to make sure you provide the right "handed" sheath. Its convex ground, The hamon stood out really well without etching, so I just left her alone. Thanks very much for the question, shipping will probally be around 10.00 dollars, I forgot to mention that, Charlie
