Here's 4" Hunter model that I just finished. I used Aldo's excellent 1095 along with some crazy wild Bocote I've been saving up! This one turned out nice. Take a look. This is going to make someone a great hunting/outdoor knife!

Here's the specs.

Steel: Aldo's 1095, .135 at the top of the ricasso
Handles: Bocote with Red Liners
Hardware: two 3/16" Natural Micarta Pins, 1/4" Mosaic pin
Blade Length: 4" with a cutting edge of 3 3/4"
OAL: 8 3/4"

Includes hand-tooled, handcrafted Premium sheath made from Hermann Oak leather that was made by myself.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words! The Bocote didn't look that spectacular until I actually started sanding it down. Of course, that's how most of my Bocote looks as blocks...just so-so. It's only after I start sanding that the figures come out. I love Bocote! The 1095 isn't nothing to sneeze at either. This is going to make someone a great hunting knife for ages to come.
