David, i'm on my phone and cannot see the pics well enough to tell what kind of edge is there --- Is it convex or v-grind?

Thanks Robert. ;)

Xaman, both Santuko and the Paring knives were flat ground to the spine prior to heat treat and finish ground convex on a roller platten right to the edge. Thanks for the interest. :)

I absolutely love both sets. If I had any money at all right now, I would buy both sets in an instant.

really nice work David, those knives are superb looking. Make some carving knives and I'll come knocking!!!

Thanks for the kind words my friends ;)

wolfmann, tell me what you're looking for in a carving knife and I'll make it for you
