• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

    Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

looks nice - what are the dimensions? (blade length, width at front of handle, widest point, balance point, weight?)

Here are the measurements for this kife.
OVERALL = 16 7/8"; BLADE LENGTH = 11 3/4"; HANDLE = 5 1/8"; The widest point of the blade is 2 7/8".

This blade is great for swinging at brush. I have just tried it out around the yard, but the balance feels good and it is razor sharp.

Takach makes some great blades I already have 2 and will be looking into buying some more in the near future. If you get a chance to hold one of his knives, you will see what am talking about.

Now THAT'S a machete!

A real beauty if I ever saw one--and I'm not easily impressed!:thumbup:
